Refusal to Honor Refund Terms
Supposedly they have a 100% guarantee with no questions asked and still they have not honored that guarantee although I gave them plenty of information. After the product made no improvement in my symptoms, I consulted with my doctor and he sent me to Oregon Imaging to further investigate. It was found that I have Myelopathy in my cervical and lumbar regions as well as the severe sciatica.
I reported this to the company and reminded them that they were supposed to refund my money due to the fact that they have a 100% guarantee with no questions asked according to their website advertisement. I threw the product away as my doctor didn’t want me taking it and it was not giving me any relief of pain. It is garbage to me.
They are refusing to give me any refund without sending the unused product back. There was nothing explaining that the company expected a return so how was I to know? I asked my son to see if he could retrieve the product and he did but the bottles were dirty and dented.
I don’t TRUST the company to give me a refund due to the condition of the bottles and the way I have been disrespected and treated rudely. I’m certainly not going to pay shipping for garbage as they are and always were to be considering I had NO RELIEF
I have never had an incident like this and as I had reminded them before, they have a 100% guarantee to a person still suffering in pain that they are now refusing to honor.
Please help me with this matter ?
