Peter is from Ukraine. He claims that he is an expert in setting up call centers, claims to have taken in more than $1.5 million and pays $0 in taxes because he does not report it. He helps others from his country to file false papers so they too can enter the U.S. I personally know of at least 10 people that he scams money from and does not deliver what he promised. Then, when he is asked for a refund, he says, "I can't, I don't have it, but you can use the credit in my company"—that is also classified as extortion. He should be deported back to Ukraine.
