We made a purchase on Amazon. The shipment arrived. When we opened it there was a piece of rusted metal inside and not the bamboo expensive toilet paper.

The phone number, email, and texting are all unresponsive.

I believe they are scamming clients and you cannot deal with Amazon, the Save Trees is the only customer service to handle complaints, and they are MIA.
