they kept debit my account over and over til they couldn't get anymore then had me load an app LemFi said that would be the only way to refund me that was another scam took more ..then ask me to get another family member debit card so they could refund because mine was blocked from my bank ..been trying for almost 4 months keep saying there is a problem with there banking system their gateway ...I have every email excuse after excuse ...they block u so u can't blast them on line they also tried to hack my Facebook account..I have also reported to FTC someone needs to stop these people...look on Facebook at the complaints how much money they have stole from people they have several accounts on Facebook most of them they've blocked but they're still one open where people are posting and you can see the money that they have stolen from people someone needs to shut this company down

I ordered product from Savanna Skin. Did not realize it was automatically shipped every month. I contacted them to cancel. They didn’t. Took more money. I contacted them repeatedly. Finally I receive an email that it has been cancelled. Only to get another message that there was a “glitch” in their computer update and unfortunately I will have one more withdrawal!! Said there’s no way to refund my money!! This is completely an illegal scam. I’ve tried to find an attorney but no one does fraud law.

I ordered tanning gummies and was told that I would receive three free gifts. Everything came, but then lo and behold, they charged me again and sent me another package. Lo and behold, they did it a third time. I have tried to reach them. Their email does not work. There is no phone number. I’m an 81-year-old widow, and this is ridiculous that they can keep taking my money out when I keep trying to tell them to stop, but I have no way to get a hold of them.

Placed one order. The product allegedly tans skin through gummies. It took 4 weeks to get order. Once we received initial order, our Credit Card was subsequently billed for multiple orders and some refunds posted over the next several days. We also received two more orders within a week of receiving the first order.

Attempts to reach the company by direct use of website "hello.savannaskin.com" or multiple Yahoo listed websites with the same address yields the same page that says "This site can’t be reached". The "customer service" telephone number reports "Not in Service" at this time.

Review of multiple online customer reviews indicates after up to five weeks, product does not work despite company's original marketing pictures. They further report possible but unverified health risks including potential liver toxicity.

I bought this product and it has free items in it too (gifts). I got the first order, then in a month I got a recurring bill. I never signed up for recurring nor was that selection on the page I bought from. But the price now was for original item and now charging for what they made gifts on first order that tripled the invoice. So I tried through the invoice info and then through my bank trying to help get me info. The phone number is no good. The website does not exist. I had to change my debit card to stop the recurring payment. I emailed them but it didn't go anywhere, no reply. They make it look real, sell on Facebook, then immediately after their selling campaign, they kill all info on themselves but yet keep the recurring continuing.
