Customer Service Agent Faiza is ready to start a fight - she takes everything personal!!!
I shop online from US with various brands and never had this experience. My order was over $1100.00 and some change and I still don't have my money back. Now they are holding on my money. She doesn't have no training of how to respond to clients, how to make sure clients are happy, instead she starts fight and bring any person to a point where anyone will lose their cool.
Extremely disappointing and unprofessional!
Customer Above Placed & order of 3 suits on very peak season & asked delivery in 10 days knowing we have delivery time for 4 weeks.
Faiza politely told her that delivering international within 10 days is not possible knowing we are made to order. but she kept pushing that her event is within 10 days and we must deliver.
Faiza politely ask her to provide her wedding invitation card pic so she can talk to manager that a customer is in emergency on which she burst out, she did not have one for the date she was claiming & start using in foul language.
as much as we respect customer, foul language can not be allowed with our employees, we equally respect our employees as we respect our customer.
Customer is Also a lier, money was refunded same minute & proof was provided on same chat before she could leave the chat.
Still for everyone satisfaction, I m attaching official Bank refund screen shot where it shows money was refunded on 15th june 2022 ( one day BEFORE she posted this false review )

She Filed a Fraudulent chargeback claiming outfit was not delivered. by the time we receive chargeback notification from bank, outfit was delivered to her already & Signed by herself. She thought we are someone working in home so we will not have enough info. We are FEDEX corporate Account holder. we logged into Fedex Panel & print out her signature of delivery Receipt & confronted her, on which she bufflled & ask us she will check & get back.
Next day she came back and said outfit is received and she was unaware of but duppatta is missing. she thought she would get us this way. unaware that we take CCTV footage of every outfit on final packaging.
We then sent her CCTV video proof by uploading on youtube on which she started abusing our staff on phone & ask us to do whatever we can, she lives in USA and we Can't even touch her.
Again she is unaware that we are Registered in USA as well & we are just waiting for Bank resolution & then will take strict legal action against her the way we have taken Against Fraudulent customers who came before her & she will endup paying much more then amount of outfit.
PS: I m attaching proof of Delivery signed by her & Video of her outfit as well as product link which she purchased so everyone can see forself our product & the services we are providing is genuine & top notch & the customer is FRAUD herself.

THE WEBSITE SAYS THE CUSTOMERS RECEIVE THEIR CLOTHING/SUITS WITHIN 3-4 WEEKS. HOWEVER THE SUITS NEVER CAME IN TIME. I LITERALLY HAD TO FILE A COMPLAINT WITH MY CREDIT CARD COMPANY, AND WHEN SHE RECEIVED THE CHARGEBACK EMAIL, THEN SHE HAD THE AUDACITY TO REACH OUT TO ME WHILE THREATENING ME THAT SHE WILL GET HER SO CALLED "ATTORNEY" ON ME.
THIS PAKISTANI BRAND CALLED SAROSH SALMAN SELLS CHEAP CLOTHES AND WITH ZERO REFUND POLICY.
PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY AND BUY FROM OTHER REPUTABLE BRANDS.
