Deputy Edward Steer stated that I did not pay a red light ticket citation and a warrant for my arrest have been issued because I did not appear in court. He sent over a document that stated the statues I violated it and that if I pay the 15,000 per statute, I will get fully refunded once I went to court at that point I just hung up the phone.
