After signing up for more info about a new fiber installation to the neighborhood by door to door sales reps for ATT, I started receiving emails from Sara Plus, a third party sales contractor that ATT uses. I immediately called the number on the contract that was emailed to me that looked like it was signed (I never signed anything). I called the number on the contract and I was connected to a woman named Princess who asked me for my 4 digit account PIN so that she could cancel my account. She gave me a cancelation number, a reference number and told me I would receive a cancelation email. I am suspicious of Identity theft, I provided my driver license number when signing up for more info about the ATT service. And I never received email proof of cancelation.
