I ordered two cocktail dresses for an event, same dress in 2 sizes. I received what looked to be 2 dresses sewn by someone taking a sewing class. No tags/labels; odd fabrics. I made several attempts to contact the Seller and after going round and round via email, they wanted to only offer me 50% refund only if I shipped the items to China at my expense. Seller also sent communication from Soul-boutiques.com email address.
