I purchased a 19.99 Rotating projector lamp. Once I receive it. I attempt to use it . and it didn't project the picture on the wall as advertised. It was to show ocean ?? Affect in any Room. The Projector I got was blank lights. I emailed them. They responded and gave me a choice to purchase or Refund my money. I choose my money to be refunded. I haven't heard back from them in 3 days.
