This guy claims to fix cars. He buys new parts to get a receipt and uses old parts from junk cars then returns the new items back to the store after he scams money out of people. He goes through personal items and steals personal information like account numbers and also commits insurance fraud using vehicles at his shop to cause accidents to destroy cars and say it wasn't him so he can later buy them cheap when they are junked and can lie about it being him. He works with his cousin XXX doing insurance fraud and a woman named XXXX doing identity theft. Be careful.
