Bryan Deminie new owner of Salty at the Beach is illegally remodeling his own restaurant without having a general contractors license in California. He has undocumented employees onsite building and remodeling without insurances bond o a proper general contractor to remodel the new space Anchor rose also owned by Bryan Deminie Amy Rose Dennis Longaberger. These individuals are all committing fraud and are a part of an underground economy. He is obtaining new clients in santa Monica and los angeles county
