Ordered a transmission never received every since March 10th so they supposed to been refunded me haven't refunded me yet now they done blocked me.

I saw a Facebook post for engine parts and engines from SalesAutoParts.com, and called the number. They said they had the part I need and were able to ship it for a reasonable price, so I went fo0rward with the purchase. They then e-mailed me the order confirmation with a "deposit" amount of $300.95 (approximately 1/3 of the total) After no contact from them and after the time the package should have been shipped, I called them multiple times and finally got someone on the line. They tried to charge me an additional $250 plus the balance due and I said no. I attempted to get my deposit back and in the quote fine print it says that "booking fees" are non refundable. No one ever mentioned booking feed, just used the word deposit. Anyway, I'm out $300.95 and I intend to dispute the charge with my credit card company. It will probably get denied because of the fine print.
