I bought a puppy from a breeder in Peoria Illinois and was having it shipped to me. I get email from SafeRide Pet Courier stating the breeder did not have puppy in right crate to be transported gave me 3 options I choose the cheapest one and when I went to pay for it they said that one was not available anymore all the had was the most expensive one so I got the money for that. This all started at the end of May 2026 was going to have puppy for my birthday present to my self on June 7 well that did not happen. Everytime I thought they were shipping her to me they always came up with other expenses to pay before I could get puppy. I live paycheck to paycheck know that everything would be refunded to me at the end when I got puppy. It is now Aug 7 still have no puppy because like I said every time I would have it paid up there was always another charge. The have turned the puppy back over to the breeder they did not have to pay to get puppy and now I am not getting my refund back and no puppy.
