Saela Pest Control sent a technician to our home after we called for services in 2026. The contract my husband signed is incredibly long and contains language that locks many, including us, unsuspecting customers into a 2+ year contract. There are many discussions and reviews online by people that have found themselves in the same predicament we are currently in. Saela refuses to call back, refuses to cancel contracts, threatens court action, and admits to recording the initial contract conversation in our home, without our consent, which is a criminal offense. Their website advertises an A+ rating with the ScamPulse.com but I can't find their listing anywhere. This company has a terrible culture of bullying and deceitful tactics to lock customers into services/contracts they don't want.
