I purchased an item from this website on May 29th and then realized a few days ago that no shipping information had been given nor payment confirmed. I started emailing all email addresses associated with this account and either got no response or a response asking for an order number but then no follow further up. I also tried their chat option online several times. Most of the time nobody answered and the one time somebody did answer they asked me for my order number and then never responded again.
