Sabermax Lightsabers failed to deliver on an order, with no response from the company's avenues of contact after multiple attempts. Order was placed on March 31st, with a processing time of 1-2 weeks BEFORE shipment. After two weeks, two messages were sent out requesting an update, to no answer. A third message was sent on April 19th, almost 3 weeks since order placement and 1 week beyond stated processing window. Still no answer from the company.
