This is the third time I have bought from Roze and I have yet to be disappointed. Great product, great communication with customers, looks great, and the shipping is second to none. It sounds cliché but I am always so stoked to purchase from Roze.

Having shopped from a few stores on instagram I wasn't that hesitant when ordering from Roze as I had been following them for a hot sec! To be honest Extremely quick shipping to the UK considering they is a relatively small business. Items came exactly as described and an extra couple of stickers will always be welcome. Definitely be buying again. 10/10

So it seems as If this company has had some big name artist wear their clothes, so I thought to give it a try myself with a purchase and I can say I you will not be let down. After hearing about the company through friends I was happy to see some of my favorite YouTube, influencers, and athletes represent the clothing.

Now it sounds like a typical response but I didn't hessite to come here and let you know Roze is a company with top-tier products that are complemented nicely by extremely fast shipping and excellent customer service. Brad, along with the help of his brother Shawn has created a great business, if you make a purchase from Roze LA you will find it to be a completely stress-free and enjoyable experience.

Wow so didn't realize who or what this brand was for a hot sec, kept an eye on them in my insta feed popping up here and there, waiting a bit to see if they were legit, and now here I am, a happy customer!

After seeing them with a billboard, some LinkedIn posts, and a Yahoo Finance article I didn't feel any uncertainty when I made an order, so I just wanted to come here to share my experience as it;s something I don't bother with often

So I don't give reviews often but after having been reached out on social media i realized Roze is a company with some top-tier products... I ordered a few items off the website not thinking much, expecting nothing much, but it came within a week hand packaged and written note with stickers and a patch... I was really confused but so happy to see not other the products were delivered but the quality that complemented nicely by extremely fast shipping and excellent customer service. Brad, along with the help of his brother have created a great business, if you make a purchase from Roze you will find it to be a good experience

So im confused with the other reviews on here, I work for a third party relations company and we were poached to do some research here, after long hours of research it is evident some of these reviews were left by a group of teenage tiktokers due to them not getting free merchandise when requested, truly a ton of egotistic and in my opinion, absurd... I say this because who in their right mind thinks they can demeanor and try to take down a small business like this one, it hurts to see how our generation is today. It is evident these kids were just upset due to the fact they did not receive free clothing so they took the matter into their own hands and tried to ruin this great business.

Bradley always does an amazing job with his products. This is the third time I have bought from Roze and I have yet to be disappointed. Great product, great communication with customers, looks great, and the shipping is second to none. I am always so stoked to see this brand go above and beyond and destroy the so called "Cancel" culture.

Read below, worth my money

So it seems like everyone thinks the brand is half and half out, I can come here today to tell your first that I barely leave any reviews and second that this brand is built on ethics and honesty, as you can see from the 7-8 years of continuous effort the owner has put in.

Bradley was super quick to respond to my customer service request and made absolute sure that I was taken care of. By far blew my expectations out of water when it came to my particular case. I, as an anxious customer, made some silly mistakes when it came to my order and Bradley was more than happy to generously accommodate my situation and help me out. I can't recommend Roze enough.

Despite the hinderance in the beginning

So yea, it all started when we got the DM to see if we wanted to buy some of their clothes... Oh great another random brand you think, until the owner shows how transparent and honest guy he is, makes you re think it...

I came here and saw the reviews, took a chance on a few items and got them within a week. I asked the owner why the bad replies, evidently enough it was a group of tiktok teenagers who seemed to have an issue with not getting free merch... sounded like an entitled group of individuals to me, so yea I took the chance and Got the chest logo tees for me and my girl awhile back and I love how they look, truly loving the brand and outlook it has for the near future.

Super Helpful process after some issues

Something happened to my original order, I got in touch with the support email and they sent me a new shipment. Top-quality service, overall I don't see what is up with the issues when it comes to these people leaving negative comments.

I also had an international order, so it confuses me even more why some of these users in the states have such an issue with this brand.

I wouldn't have it any other way, the owner helped me and my mates out a ton, gave me some extra stickers and a hat with it, truly respect the grind put in here.

So they hit us all up on instagram, we all think its a scam, but wait! Can’t stress how amazing Roze truly is. The clothes are unmatched, phenomenal quality, looks are great, and the shipping is extremely fast. Amazon is about to start working for Brad! I wish I could give this company 10 stars and Bradley, I love you’re work keep up all the hard work.

I have been getting my reviews removed and it is frustrating, if yall are on here to bag on the brand go do it to someone who is really out here trying to scam people, you can see from the history of the brand he has been grinding and passionate about this since 2015, sometimes the internet upsets me

Ordered in December 2021 to receive no later than 12/29/21. Reached out to company in February, no answer to my email, no response in website Chat, no phone number to contact. Third time trying Chat, finally a response and also by email. Apologetic, sending order out “immediately”….it’s March and nothing! I’m out $100. DON’T BUY FROM ROZE LOS ANGELES!

Pls stay away from this brand. I shoudlnt be left in the wind if something happened with my order. Emailed multiple times and guess what no answer. If you cant run a brand then dont I dont care what the circumstances are. Its been two months since I ordered and still haven’t gotten my order.

Promised brand ambassador if I bought their clothes

A while back I purchased a shirt from them and was told I’d be a brand ambassador if I did so. So I did. With a lack of communication from the company and A month later still no shirt when they promise 7-12 day shipping. I know he’s a college kid and I don’t play about money and scams so I will be calling the dean of his school to report

Scam clothing store

I ordered a hoodie for my brothers birthday from this store and was eagerly waiting for the hoodie to arrive but after a month (way after my brothers birthday) of waiting I never received any kind of shipping confirmation or anything that says the item is on its way. I sent out several emails to them requesting for information on my order and after a week of waiting nothing. Finally I dm’ed the store on instagram to cancel my order and get a refund, was told my refund would occur within the same week I messaged them but two weeks later and I still don’t see any refund to my account. Definitely don’t recommend buying from here. Save yourself the trouble and look somewhere else for clothing.

I am so sorry you had issues ordering with us, we recently had to let go of our Social Media Manager and switch manufacturers (all at once, yeah, hectic) so after I saw this issue come up once or twice I immediately put my foot down and reassessed the situation. After being approached by the seller personally and rejecting his business. I was offered a buy one get one free deal. After I agreed to his offer, i was immediately ghosted and never received the second shirt he promised. He is clearly a scummy business person, and should not be trusted. I will happily respond to this thread apologizing for my statement if the other shirt arrives as promised

Stay away from this site, please. I've been waiting for my clothes for 3 months. Thinking I'm going to try and help a college student build his brand , guy duped me out of about 65 dollars. Never got my items , told me he was busy moving into college , I hate that I trusted this brand. Asked dude for a refund , still haven't got it. I'm going hard for my money and will be seeking legal options.
