Don't do it!!!

Ordered Feb 15, 2023 from this [censored] company. Still nothing, no tracking info, money gone. Reached out multiple time and you guessed it crickets. Anyone who says this company is great is either a bot or high as [censored].

My purchase at Roze from checkout to trying on my first t-shirt was fantastic. My product shipped extremely fast and the care and dedicated put into the presentation of the clothing when opening the box was amazing.

The product feels really durable and looks great! I’ve been wearing it every day. I also love the packaging. It was super quick to ship and arrive, which made me even happier. Thanks!

Incredible product and customer service

I’ve been after a run club hoodie since the first drop, at first I was a bit nervous to spend the money but after the first drop I could not stop thinking about this hoodie ! Fast forward a couple of years and every time you do a drop I would log on the website and never grab one in time :( I was just checking out the website and saw you had some in stock and just decided to go for it. I ordered over a bank holiday weekend and already expecting to wait a little while for international delivery I figured it would be a long delivery wait, but I was wrong it came with a week and that was with the English Easter bank holidays. The hoodie is fantastic quality and it was truly an experience unboxing it.

All i can say is that The team at Roze are incredible - not only are the products some of my favourite gear, but the customer service is exemplary. I had a disaster with a parcel delivery, and got in contact with Bradley who replied quickly, and helped solved my issue immediately. Couldn’t recommend buying from here any more!

I've been a customer since they rolled out they're first lines of run club hoodies and t-shirts. Roze is by far my favorite clothing company. In my experience, shipping has been is fast, reliable and consistent. The prices could be argued to be a bit high, but all clothing (and other products) I've purchased have been of a genuinely high quality that I've yet to see matched by big retailers/brands. All materials to make these products are either sourced here in LA or elsewhere in US, it's really hard to find brands that are doing the things that the guys at Minted are and that makes it 1000% worth the money. They're customer service team is also super responsive and more than helpful. They make a real effort to genuinely help you and do right by their customers. Can't get enough of their page either! Gives a really nice look into what they are doing behind the scenes and future releases. Overall, an incredible company that I am more than happy to support for the foreseeable future.

Took my money for an order they never shipped, refused to respond to my messages. They steal your money and don’t ship your order, I even asked for a refund, that’s when they quit making excuses and just flat out ignored me.

Order took 4 months to arrive with most of the original order missing and some random things thrown in. What did arrive was poor quality and absolutely not worth the money. Seller refused to rectify the issue. Please avoid this company and save your money!

This brand is fantastic. I have nothing but great things to say about quality, design and durability. I also typed in the wrong address the products I ordered to be shipped to and they were very proactive in fixing the problem once they were made aware of my error.

Over 2 months, money gone, nothing to show.

I was approached by the instagram page of rose Los Angeles for advertising. They offered me a promotion code to share with my followers and after spending nearly $300 I waited just over a month and nothing came. I then contacted the page and after a month and a bit more of back and forth, with them giving me excuses such as “the banks closed”, “I haven’t been working much this weekend”, “I’ll get back to you”- I haven’t been sent my money back, nor have I any products to show for it. 110% scam, and it seems like their instagram may have automatic messaging because some of the things sent didn’t seem logical or that they’d been sent by a human.

SCAM: Ordered 2 months ago, money gone, no product, no tracking

Made a large order at the start of May and have not received anything. They’ve been unhelpful, impossible to communicate with and won’t provide order or tracking details or a refund.

Avoid this company if you can as it is either a scam or a horrifically unorganized company that doesn’t care about its customers.

I am a fashion blogger and I love it when brands take the time to carefully pack their clothes! That's what Roze did last time I ordered from them: they came in a perfect package, with no wrinkles whatsoever and they are absolutely gorgeous! I’ve placed two orders here and have been really pleased with both. Incredibly fast shipping, well packaged, arrived within a few days on an international order and shipped the same day both times. The products themselves are great quality and really good value for their price, I’d highly recommend for anyone in the market for good quality clothes. The owner Brad is a really hardworking and honest guy and this is a business I will happily continue to support in the future.

The hoodie is unreal! Very high quality just as I expected from Roze. Thanks a lot for the sticker and coaster that were gifted with my order. USPS shipping to Canada was a bit tough to deal with but no biggie. This isn't Bradley or Rozes fault though. Keep up the good work and the high quality. Worth every penny.
