A few months ago my corgi dog passed away so I was searching the Internet for what I thought was reputable corgi breeders. I read the references and they were all good I reached out to the people via their website and told them my situation and I was interested in purchasing a dog. That night I spoke back-and-forth with the people a few times via email and they sent me a contract for the purchase of a corgi that they named snow. I signed the contract and the amount was discussed and agreed upon that the purchase price that I would be sending them through my bank from Zell I would be $800. I was then advised that the dog would be shipped through a reputable pet shipping company and that I would be able to receive the dog the next day. Later on that night I was contacted by this company who stated that there was an additional amount due for the shipping of the dog so an additional 550 was paid for the shipping. The next day I did not receive the dog I kept checking the tracking number that was sent to me and there was no updates then I received an email from the shipping company stating the dog did not have all of his shots even though it was advertised on their website that the dogs had all of their shots. So because of this I was told they could not ship the dog. I contacted Reading corgis via email they told me they would check into it and get back with me for three days I went back-and-forth with these people them telling me they couldn’t get the dog back because they already transfer the paperwork into my name which I knew was not true and it was not their fault that the dog could not be shipped. They have refused to give me my money back and after I went on an extensive search I found out that the reviews that they show on their website are not true they are tied to another website that this company had which I believe they used to scam other people. I also believe that the shipping company is tied in with them and it’s also a scam because they refused to return my money. I even contacted the company and stated if you can’t send that dog to me then let me pick out another dog make sure the dog has all of his vaccinations and send that one to me instead of a refund and they refused to do that. So right now I am out of all of this money and do not have the dog. I can’t believe people are actually doing this and they’re getting away with it. I can’t afford to get an attorney at this time and I need somebody to help me get my money back and have these people stop hurting other people. I lost my job last year due to Covid and the company I work for went bankrupt so money was tight anyways but these people played on my emotions when they found out that my dog had passed away three months previously.
