The ad had a Wayfair logo advertising a clearance on lift chairs. Ad did not specify the chair was not in the US. I got an After Sales email that said chair was being sent from China and a tracking number would be provided - it was. I got an email from Cargolyn Logistics when chair was in transport. Then a message came saying chair did not pass customs. I mentioned refund and they mentioned the length of time for tax department to process refund. It was suggested I order another chair and I did. Another tracking number was sent, chair passed customs and Cargolyn Logistics was loading for delivery. No phone call or email about delivery date or time to make sure I was home. I was sent an email saying my chair was delivered and "the customer" signed for it. I asked both companies for proof of signature (several times) and neither provided it. I asked for refund.
