Ordered a pair of shoes in Jan of this year. After 2 months received the wrong size. It clearly states on order 7.5 I received a 7. They said they would send correct size. Been dealing with this since first week of Jan now its March 6. Sent email for refund still have not heard from them.

I ordered a pair of faux fur lined shoes that looked very luxurious in the photos and were advertised as having a soft foot bed for 39.99. They did not look like the photos, they were made of very cheap materials, the foot bed was hard as rocks, the soles were made of plastic and they shipped the wrong size. Also, when I took them out of the plastic packaging they emitted a VERY strong chemical smell like paint thinner or formaldehyde that burned my nose and throat. It was so strong that I had to put them back in the plastic packaging and walk to another room to stop the coughing fit. Even though it was a company error that they sent the wrong size, they said I had to pay to ship them back. Of course, by the time you pay to box and ship back to Australia, you've lost money which is of precisely what they're after, they just want to make a buck dumping this crap on customers. My limit for overseas purchases is less than 50.00 just for this reason, just so I'm not screwed out of tons of money.

Order what was pictured as really nice boots. Arrived not in a box, no order receipt
with package. Came from an address in California. No size label anywhere on the
boots. Boots not quality, cheap and not true to size. Lie's! Never had noticed when they ship them out to me, no tracking #.
Reported to my credit card. Scammers came back with more lies. They also put
a false tracking # in their report. I googled it and it was not a tracking #.
Going to try to sent them back, but may cut my loss.

I bought shoes in late April that took 3 weeks to arrive from Australia.
I live in Canada and didn't know they were being shipped from there.
I'm a size 10 but these shoes could only fit and elephant or Gorilla's foot! See pics.
Straps were far too big and I tightened these to the end. I returned them May 24th and shown on the label.
I had to pay $16 Canada Post fees to return them. Shoes cost $51 + $16 to return + all my emails to Candice Smith who claims they never received them.
PO claims they did get sent and were loaded to ship from the BC docks.

The pictures alone show the poor quality of the shoe.
I find it hard to believe the shoe return never arrived?

NEVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

I wish I would have read these reviews before ordering shoes from this company. I might as well have flushed the $40 right down the toilet. First of all, I NEVER got my tracking information for my order. After almost four weeks I emailed "Candice" and she let me know that the shoes were on the way. I got them the next day. They were way too large - length AND width. Additionally, the quality of the shoes was horrible. Very cheaply made. I emailed Candice again and she offered me another pair of shoes if I paid another $15 and I could keep the first pair. I emailed Candice again and said that I really did not want another pair. I tried to return the shoes and the post office quoted $31. Come to find out, they came from AUSTRALIA! I emailed Candice one last time to respectfully ask for a refund. I told her that I had no idea the shoes were coming from Australia and I would never have ordered them had I known. She let me know today that unless I return the shoes, I cannot get a refund. It is not worth my time to net a $9 refund for my time and trouble. BEWARE - Do not order from this joke of a company. I learned the hard way.

I ordered an item a pair of shoes last 21 of October 2021. Sonce it was pandemic i was waited for long time. Considering the delays so then later on i contacted and the item did not arrived and when i contact the seller online it was traced that item came bck to their warehouse and I need to pay the reshipment. So because Its been. Long while i have waited I rather asked the refund nor paying the reshipment so I was so upset and suspected that they are not legit seller. This is my first time buying online that they dont do refund. So its a scam hope this could be taken an action . Thanks for the help

I ordered slippers - smaller as all reviews said they run big. They ARE too big even in the smaller size. Now I find out you have to return items to Australia! That would cost more than the slippers which were $45.
They mention: "We Love our customers and know how scary online shopping can be, we want all our customers to have a risk free experience, anything needs fixing let us know and we will do our best to fix it! :) "
At this rate, they'll be turning all their customers trying to spread the love around to go running to Amazon! So sorry I bought from them!

This company has multiple bad reviews which I did not see before purchasing what they sent me were a pair of shoes made almost out of cardboard. They are now offering me 30% of what I paid of US$80 I declined. They are not based in the US and do not have a US return address except for their warehouse in New York have made it very hard to return get in touch with identify the problem even though their Website says returns are no problem. I told him if he didn’t solve this and refund the whole amount I was going to contact my bank and report them

I ordered pair of bunion correction black tennis shoes. I never received them and they took money out of my account. I tried to find a phone number and couldn't find one. It's been a year and nothing from them at all. No response what so ever. I even emailed them but noone has ever returned my emails. I just gave up and marked that money lost to a scam.Companies like this has no business to operate.

I ordered 2 pr. 'orthotic sandals from Puregemco in Aug./21. I received them .bound in a very small pkg. They were stiff as a board..just garbage. I wanted to return them. Candice Smith said " Of course ! or I could keep them and have another pair (of garbage) for $10. more I returned them Aug 17/2021. After many inquiries re my refund , I was told they did not get them back. Seems they want the postal service insce to pay the refund. Even Puregemco don't want the shoes.SCAM!SCAM!SCAM! Buyer beware...Don't buy from this cheat co.

This company does not have a phone number and they do not deliver the goods as promised. Additionally they keep saying they are located in Australia and they are in China somewhere. They were supposed to deliver women's leggings nothing ever arrived. A friend purchased from them hers came two months later in the items were torn and smelled of fish

The worst online purchase I have ever made! Ordered 2 pairs of orthotic sandals that were advertised as having arch supports. There is absolutely no arch support in either pair. They are made of poor quality materials and I could purchase better from the dollar store. I emailed the company and received a reply that I can return them for a refund. I have to ship them from Canada to Australia at my expense! Would not recommend this company to anyone! No help whatsoever from customer service. Received replies from Candice and Sarah both telling me to return to Australia!

I am still waiting on my order .

I was sms on 28/7/21 saying my delivery was for that day .
However nothing was delivered.
I have tried everything that has being requested to find out but to no avail.

Terrible quality. Do not order from this company. Shoes took forever to get to me and very expensive to ship back. I wish I would have read the reviews before I ordered. Total scam.

Shoes claim to have excellent support and bunion corrector. I would get better shoes from a dollar store. Complete made in China junk. This company should not be able to operate

Waiting for my refund. Would appreciate the $50 shipping it cost me to send back. Should have just thrown them out

I ordered a pair of : Women Super Soft Breathable Orthopedic Bunion Corrector Sneaker Shoes. Extremely disappointed to receive 2 shoes for same (left) foot only! Honestly, the quality of these shoes are not too impressive either! Now patiently waiting for a reply from Customer service for a full refund. I should have read the reviews here before placing my order!

On 4 April 2021 May 11, 2021 I placed two orders with this company spending approx $100 aus dollars in total. Both have not arrived or appeared to be moved from the pin pointed tracking location which shows as Sydney. I am unable to track any further. Candice Smith replied to my INITIAL email to say they have no control over delivery and asked me to wait until end May which I did. Still nil items received and since my last email advising I wanted full refund I have not had any further responses to my emails, this is a total scam business, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Oh sounds like my story too
The international transfer fee and cost of my goods were deducted from my account, 1st excuse was The Pandemic- excuse me, but Australia had no Covid or a pandemic, 2nd Candice said the server was down from the supplier, thus no tracking info 3 weeks ago. Fixed by now?
Now she will not answer...the scam of the century! cannot believe I ordered in early may, they shipped may 31 and now mid July

Do NOT order from this company. I should have carefully read the reviews first. I tried to cancel my credit card but it was too late!
I thought when the 2 shoes arrive I can wear them as slippers instead, but the QUALITY WAS SO BAD!☹
I got the right size BUT there was no support (very loose) and the shoes had a TERRIBLE SMELL! Big mistake ordering from this co. It cost me a little over $50 so it's not worth trying to send them back!
When the price is too good to be true thats a RED FLAG, Do NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING from Puregem or you will be sorry.
Purchase items from Amazon or Wayfair but NOT from Purecem Co.

Horrible customer Service from Candice their care rep. I ordered shoes on Saturday. Immediately emailed to request size change, then I sent another email right after that requesting to cancel order. Candice, responds next day (Sunday]saying they have updated size. Nothing about cancellation. It’s now Tuesday, she responds now after 4 other emails requesting response regarding cancellation. She responds they have already shipped I am free to return them for refund. Shoes cost $29. To return from Canada to Australia would cost as much in shipping. Do yourself a favour, order from a company that truly cares about support and customer service not sales only. My order number is #97143

I realized I had been Scammed when I was trying to Cancel the Order. I was on Easy Split Website. This Puregem Site Pops up. I checked my Bank Account and was Overdrawn by $82.00. One Pair of Shoes turned into (3). I have saved my Emails from this Candi Smith. But I think it's unfortunate that these people can Dominate another Website completely.. I know I will not get a Refund as promised. Lessons learned. I only order from Reputable Companies from now on.
