Pure Isolate CBD Oil Reports & Reviews (21)

I sent this email to the above co called cannaful valley CBD oil. I AM not happy with how your ad is so deceitful and does not tell you that there’s an ongoing charge Every month OF OVER $90 to continue receiving one tiny bottle of your CBD oil. UNLESS you cancel within 14 day’s.

In addition I was also charged an addl $6.94 charge on my debit card from a company called PERFECTS SOLUTION TREATMENT for a cream I did NOT ORDER and I WAS ALSO CHARGED $60.07 on my DEBIT card from a company called BOUNCED PLANT for WHAT? ! I HAVE NO IDEA?

I think this entire way of promoting your product is unacceptable and illegal!

I will be reporting your company for fraud to the ScamPulse.com and posting this ALL OVER SOCIAL MEDIA!

Within seconds of me submitting that order the charges appeared to be pending on my bank account. I had a gut feeling that something wasn't right so I called the customer service number listed on my order. If I had not taken a screenshot of my order I wouldn't have been able to call them so quickly and cancel my order. The post that I thought I saved on my Facebook page was nowhere to be found! My phone call with them lasted 15 minutes because they kept placing me on hold to find my order, which should have been easy since I gave them my confirmation number. After several minutes of back and forth I was told the product had already shipped and I would still be charged. I pushed back and said I would be contacting my bank the following morning to stop the charges and report their company for advertising a fake product on social media. At that point, the lady on the line hesitated for a few seconds then said she removed the charges and any

Cannaful Valley implied that Anderson Cooper is the owner/founder of this line of CBD oil products. They claimed that this variation worked better than any other oils and products related to cbd. I clicked on the attached link in the article thinking I could research the validity of the information. Instead, I was taken to an offer to get a "trial size" bottle. Unfortunately I decided to accept the offer and entered my personal information and debit card. After I entered my information for the trial size bottle and clicked to submit my order that's when a second product popped up for CBD cream.

trial of the CBD oil directed me to the cream trial. Both arrived and so did the $199.95 dollar charge for each. This charge nor the subscription was mentioned in the trial documentation on line
I called the telephone number on the charge to my account. Ten minutes of ringing is enough for one day. The next day the call was answered after eight minutes by a third party who cannot help

A free sample for the low shipping price of just $8.99. Ok I gave them my card and they have been shipping me a bottle every month for 6 months. There is no phone number on the website I purchased it from. No customer service number to call. No address of the place at all. I had to find my way back to where is was and finally got a phone number that was listed. I called the number and they have no account under my name, phone number, email address or shipping address! The CBD oil doesn't even work! I called another number and they never answer the calls. (929)810-5089 is in the Bronx, NY. The second number is ?

Last June, 2020, I foolishly purchased a sample of CBD oil for $5.50. Nothing was stated on my add or in the call to customer service that the small 3 oz. plastic bottle of oil, that I thought was a trial size, was really going to cost me $92 and would go on forever, if I didn't get wise to the scam quickly. I didn't see the $92 charge until I got my charge card bill. I called the fraud company right away, but they have their lies all ready to go. The rep told me that I did know all of this information, because I wouldn't have been able to make the purchase without agreeing to the lies. She of course, was lying about this. I called my credit card company, Citi Card, right away and told them what happened. They put the charge on my card on "hold" until they could talk to the company. Mine was billed under the name of Active lift potent muscle. Obviously this company is good at hiding out, use different names, change the phone number. My credit card company had already paid the charge, which is stupid but convenient for them. So now they were, of course, going to tell me that the charge was legitimate and I had to pay. I cancelled the card and cut it up, paid my final bill, but did not pay the $92 fraud charge. The Credit card company is now after me, and have attached a $75 penalty charge to the $92 I will not pay them. I was sad and happy to see all the many customers that got scammed too. Feel bad for all of us, but at least I don't feel so alone. Other than our complaints here, who can we contact to put this stealing in plain sight company OUT OF BUSINESS. They are lying, stealing and cheating. Tropical Pure Leaf MUST go.

This site on Social Media touted a TRIAL of Green CBD Oil for $6.78. A few weeks later a charge comes through my credit card for $118.88. I called their customer service to dispute claim and they said that the trail was only for 17 days (3 days to ship and 14 days to TRIAL - buried in the fine print under Terms) and that you had to notify them to cancel your subscription. The main site says nothing about a subscription service, and the only way to find the information on the surprise charges was to click on Terms and scroll down 2-3 pages to find the billing information. The fact that their customer service rep was well coached and knew how to direct my complaint to the Terms and conditions validates that other customers have experienced similar challenges.

Had a 14 day trial, called and canceled the membership 2 days after receiving product, there's no directions on the bottle and cannot find the website, they still took $93 out of my bank account even after I called an cancelled, they said they never received my cancellation, no ingredients on bottle and tastes like vegetable oil

I clicked the link to complete the survey it asked a few general questions nothing that you wouldn't be able to find with a simple Google search so nothing flagged my attention. All of the website colorations and designs seemed to match Amazon however I didn't notice that the URL was not a domain or subdomain of Amazon. I completed the survey and was presented with the choice of 3 or 4 items that I could select from and only had to pay a small shipping fee. This seemed

Real CBD Oil" The site at the time did not have any indicators that the product was a 15 day trial and I would be billed $89 monthly. I go through with the transaction and recieve the product about a week later. At this point I'm thinking OK everything is good no issues. A few weeks later I see a charge for $89 on my bank account from the same company that said I would only be billed $4.97 shipping. I called the company up and complained and I was told they could only offer a 50% refund only after threading legal action. I offered to return the basicly unused product back to them so I could receive my full refund they would not do this. With in hours of me getting off the phone with them and saying I was still going to filing a complaint with the BBB and calling my attorney, their site now shows all kinds of large bold lettering that states this is trial and you will be billed if you don't cancel in so many days. I believe they have several sites that they can turn on and off when something like this happens.

I have been charged $6.96 for this supposed Free cannuful CBD oil which was supposed to be for the shipping charges plus your co charged me $6.94 for a CBD cream that I did NOT ORDER AND I COULD NOT REMOVE It FROM MY ORDER EITHER!

In addition I WAS CHARGED $60.07 from a company in Utah Called “bounced plant” which was charged to my account immediately after I placed this sample order. That co name was on my chase acct and was called BOUNCED PLANT! Are they affiliated to your scam co too?

Cannaful Valley implied that Anderson Cooper is the owner/founder of this line of CBD oil products. They claimed that this variation worked better than any other oils and products related to cbd. I clicked on the attached link in the article thinking I could research the validity of the information. Instead, I was taken to an offer to get a "trial size" bottle. Unfortunately I decided to accept the offer and entered my personal information and debit card. After I entered my information for the trial size bottle and clicked to submit my order that's when a second product popped up for CBD cream.

I didn't want the additional item and declined that offer, or so I thought. Then, a third item popped up, a meditation app, to which I declined that as well. I wanted to just back out of the whole thing but knew I had already entered my personal information and debit card and felt like my information would still be stored for Cannaful Valley to use. So, I reluctantly submitted my order. I then received a confirmation number and total that didn't match what I thought I ordered. I took a screenshot of the information and saved the article on my Facebook page to refer back to and do some research.

My mother in law ordered this and within an hour I was like I’m calling to cancel! This has to be a scam and sure enough... customer service is a 3rd party company couldn’t find my order, name, number... nothing. They were quite nice but again 3RD PARTY. He couldn’t even tell me the name of the company she ordered from... so how do you cancel if you’ve been charged but you don’t exist in the system? You don’t. He told me to “refer to my financial institution and put a hold and report the charges...” so now my mother has to do that. I knew it from the get go. . This company just popped up like 2 months ago and has like 5 other names it does business under.

I paid for a "trial" version of the oil and cream at $6.96 each first of January. I received them. Then, a few weeks later I received an email (no company information) saying my order has shipped. I didn't PLACE an order, so I ignored it. Another bottle of oil showed up. I still did not connect the charges for $119.82 and the oil. I went to the bank to file fraudulent charges for the several charges (four to be exact) of $119.82. My banker told me it was a recurring charge and gave me the phone number to the company. The company name changes from Leading Vital Well Being and Resource Condition Plus. When you call customer service, they do not identify the company name when you call. Their phone number is

I had the same experience! I fell for the fake Anderson Cooper connection and signed up for the"free" samples. I did get the cream and oil as promised, but then I got a charge of $110 for another shipment, which I had not ordered. I called the 800 number and was told I had signed up for a trial subscription that had to be cancelled within 7 days, which had passed. I spent a long time on the phone, arguing that their website did not state that. I finally got them to refund HALF my money and cancel my account. I also went to my bank and had them issue me a new debit card. As a footnote, I discovered they do indeed mention the trial period on their website, but you have to scroll through multi pages of small print to find it! I

I did receive the products in the mail a few days later. There is no return address given on or in the packaging. The defunct phone number and the email address that bounces back are the only contacts offered.

I then called the customer service phone number given on the website and the order confirmation (855-710-1411). I got a recorded message stating that the number was not in service.

I then went back to the website to look for a mailing address. So far as I can tell, there is no physical address posted on their website.

At this point, I see no way to reach them to cancel the autoshipment that will occur after 14 days, which will result in my card being charged $92.59. I will continue to seek assistance in blocking that order before the 14-day autoship occurs, and in cancelling the monthly subscription as well as the Nighttime product sample.

I immediately emailed their customer service email ([email protected]). I requested that the order for the Nighttime product be cancelled as well as the monthly subscription. My email was returned undeliverable with this error message: "Message not delivered

Your message couldn't be delivered to [email protected] because the remote server is misconfigured. See technical details below for more information." The technical details referred to were at this link: https://www.namesilo.com/Support/Email-Filtering.

Once I saw that they had added a product without my request , I and essentially doubled the fees charged, I suspected that this could be a scam in which the sample order automatically includes a monthly autoship order at full price.

I went to the Terms and Conditions statement and read it carefully. Sure enough, it stated that my order included a 14 day subscription, and that after 14 days, I would be charged $92.59 with a monthly autoship arrangement.

I received an email advertisement for a free trial of Pure Isolate CBD oil. I followed the link in the email to order the sample. In the instructions, I was offered a second sample of Pure Isolate Nighttime CBD oil. I did not click the button to add that sample to my order. My order included the free trial and a $4.99 shipping fee. After completing the order, I noticed on the order confirmation form that they had added the sample of the Nighttime CBD oil (even though I had not selected that), with an additional $5.99 shipping fee for that product.
