Ordered 4 items from their website PulseOfPotential.com at a discounted rate of 200.00 and some cents and paid via credit card. Email response received confirming order and payment received. No tracking number so I emailed and Sofia responded with a tracking number which does not belong to any of the delivery businesses near me.

I tracked it with the link on their website and it showed it had been delivered and handed to a person; supposedly at “the address” listed.

Most delivery companies show the actual address as confirmation. This one does not. I emailed Sofia to find out the status of my order and requested her help in tracking the package. Although I’m waiting on a response, based on the previous post about the same issue, I don’t believe they will get back to me. If they do and I actually receive what I paid for,

I will update or withdraw this complaint.
