I looked up for specific public records. The website said $1 for 1 record. I downloaded the records, however I noticed on my credit card that it was charging $5 every month and recently bumped to $20, which I noticed. When I called customer service on the first call, the person really never cared and she said she deactivated it, but when I questioned the recurring charge she hung up on me. I called again and this time I asked her name and explained. It sounded like the same person, but when asked she said she doesn't know. However, she revoked my charges. But this is a serious problem with this website. They are automatically charging on a regular basis without customer consent. Please report this and flag this business.

I went online to see if I could get a time of birth for my daughter. Their web sight wanted one dollar for the information. Thinking this was a legit government service I thought one dollar was worth my time on line and the price. at the end of the month my bank charged me thirty dollars. I immediately went to the bank and told them not to pay it as the transaction was still pending.. long story short they paid the crooks and told me to contact them. I called and as soon as I described the situation the went into defense mode and told me that what I had signed up for was a subscription/trial charge an the would do nothing about it. At that point it was obvious they have cheated many others this same way and they need to be shut down at the least or arrested for fraud. once again, they call themselves PUBLICRECORDS.INFO their number is 877-381-8701

Their actions forced me to change my bank account and loose 30.00
