They made a weight loss video using Oprah Winfrey (I think now was AI) it was very convincing. They advertised this product.

- Dunnellon, FL, USA • Sep 24, 2025

I saw this weight loss ad on Facebook. The video was very long and sounded very convincing. I have tried to return the product, but did not get an answer from Prozenith.

I read about others getting this fake product. It does not contain the wonderful things listed in the video for weight loss and skin health. The bottles list Turmeric as the ingredient.

I ordered 6 bottles of Prozenith and only received 2. They took $394.00 from my credit card. I will return unopened bottles but I want my $394.00 returned.

I was watching a video of this Dr Mean and she was accompanied by Oprah talking about Prozenith and how well it helps you lose weight. I thought it was legit since Oprah was backing it. I was bad wrong.

I ordered the 6 bottles and paid $321.00 dollars. I only received 2 bottles. I contacted their so called customer service which is a total and complete joke. I guess this is an expensive lesson for me. And by the way I have taken 1 bottle and its useless.

I came across their "ad" on Instagram then again on Facebook about salt ingredients they had in the form of a pill. So I ordered 2 bottles for $168 online and received 2 bottles of tumeric! I feel so violated!

- Mentor, OH, USA • Sep 19, 2025

TOTALLY bogus company saying 2 pills per day would regulate your body to lose several pounds each week - the only ingredient in the bottles sent was Tumeric, nothing else. They also tried to sell me a Coaching program that costs thousands of dollars that would ensure even better results if I were to sign up and also had me set up for a renewal program every 90 days, which I never agreed to. I have contacted the company several times and returned the unused portion as stated for a FULL REFUND as listed but to no avail! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY * * * * * *

I watched a video with Oprah that was advertising the pink salt trick for weight lose. I ordered it and received turmeric by Prozenith. It had nothing to do with pink salt. What a scam!! I wanted a refund. The support team sent me a link to receive a refund. I filled it out and the last page gave me two options. One was decline the refund permanently or keep trying the product... and I gave them a video statement. How stupid. I saw another video with Oprah advertising pink salt trick and they were selling a different product. I wonder if Oprah knows about this. I hope the FBI is willing to track the scammers down.

They have emails and websites that only return error. Phone number is customer service staff in foreign country. Most of all they advertised product is not what they send. I bought a product that was to have these ingredients: Himalayan Pink Sea Salt, Green Tea Extract, Berberine, and Revesritol. What I got was: Turmeric (rhizome) Curcuma longa, Turmeric extract (rhizome) Curcuma Longa (Std 95% Curcuminoid), and Piper Nigrum (BioPerine Std 95% Piperine. Basically they sell Tumeric and freaking black pepper for $150. We saw another complaint where they sold to someone for $400. I have attempted to research and go to their websites and support sites and all give me an error.

Everything about ingredients, websites and prices all direct you no where. If you call, representives are in another country and not helpful or no answer. They don't send receipts either. Everything they send including in package is fragmented information to prevent you from complaining or attempting refund.

It was on Instagram, claiming the pink salt trick used by Oprah and others to lose weight

• Sep 16, 2025

I was on Utube I believe and this commercial came on featuring Oprah Winfrey about the pink salt trick. Then switch over to a company who sold miracle formula, first one was HEPTOBURN, they returned my money; second one was SERENACLEAR from Committed Coaches in Aurora, CO. Put the $300 plus dollars on a credit card and after taking the two pills for one week, nothing happened. I am returning the Prozenith for full refund but the Committed Coaches are not so committed. The Committed Coaches have another address too: 325 2nd Street, @234, Lake Oswego, OR 97034.

By an accident I chose an additional which resulted in a total cost of $676.02. I immediately emailed them right away, no answer called immediately and again no reply.
