Weight loss product discussed by Oprah Winfrey and 2doctors researchers called prosenith. Sounded so authentic but when I received it was nothing but turmeric a common spice and not what was advertised. Turns out it was an ai generated Oprah. There was supposed to be a garaunteed refund if not satisfied but all they want to give me is a “credit” toward their counseling service. No matter how many times I told them I just wanted my refund they just repeated the same thing like it was a recorded message on a loop. No refund. . No anything

I ordered a product that was supposed to have 4 ingredients in it and when I received it, the ingredients were not the same that they told me.

- Downers Grove, IL, USA • Sep 02, 2025

I purchased 6 bottles of Prozenith based on an ad I saw featuring Oprah Winfrey endorsing this produce for weight loss. The product consisted of 4 ingredients. One of which was Pink Salt. When I received the product, the only ingredient was Tumeric and after further research discovered that this was never endorsed by Ms. Winfrey. I went online to the support site which was ClickBank. They told me they had no record of my purchase. I called the support number on the receipt and was told to go to the support page which let me right back to ClickBank. They website promises a money back guarantee but that doesn't seem to be the case.

I purchased Prozenith in July 2025 was refuned half of my original amount of $300 and was told the product would not work for me because of my age. Was told they would return the remainder. I have been trying to get the refund for more than 2 weeks with no luck. This is a scam!!

Watched the sales pitch on a video. The product was backed by a t.v. Personality. Tried to cancel the order with phone calls and e-mails to the web site. Just getting the run around. Will not give return information or authorization code.

Saw this weight loss pill on Facebook. They had statements from Oprah Winfrey and Dr Ania Jastreboff. Pills received have none of the ingredients stated

For some reason I watched a very long video regarding a miracle weight loss treatment. I ordered 6 months worth and received capsules of turmeric. It did nothing to help weight loss or mimic the miracle that was advertised.

- Chicago, IL, USA • Aug 25, 2025

Been taking since July absolutely no weight loss total phony program

- Santa Fe, TX, USA • Aug 21, 2025

Prozenith misrepresents itself claiming rapid weight loss as part of the pink salt diet which includes berberine and other ingredients. These are turmeric capsules. No weight loss occurs. Also thru cartpanda it was not understood by me that the charge would be recurring. Prozenith reports a 60 day return policy but they dont respond to any correspondence.

For an I listened toOprah, Kelly Clarkson & others talk p ink himalayan salt, lemon & other ingredients I can make at home. The recipe never comes. Instead people posing as b nutritionists tell everything is in the pill for convenience & added ingredients

Then tell you MUST buy 6 months or it wont work. I even got a cell phone call the next day which I couldnt take.. Got several emails order is on the way Those have disapeared from my in box. I rec'd 6 bottles only to fi d they just Tumeric which I already have. One ingredient silicon is in pa kets that keep things fresh. Not good for you kidneys. Inother words fillers that are bad.

I started watching a (Very long) video, which apparently was AI generated video of Oprah and Kim Kardashian (that I was not aware AI could generate full conversations like that; that's how ignorant I was!), baiting for a miraculous weight loss product (some pink salt trick?), which became apparent that it was going to be a sell for some sort of weight loss supplement. So, after watching an hour video (more or less), I was sent to the Prozenith infomercial, that I finally ordered 6 bottles! How Dumb I am!! At any rate, I did receive the Prozenith, but it's just tumeric pills with black pepper (like I can get OTC anywhere!). So, I would like to warn people about this, so they aren't as Dumb as I was! Taken for $294!

They purposed to sell one item then sent something else in it’s place.

Infomercial with Oprah.

- Austin, TX, USA • Jul 10, 2025

The company used fake endorsements using stock video of Oprah Winfrey. The product is supposed to be some "recipe" of pink Himalayan salt. The product that was delivered contains only turmeric and turmeric extract. They refuse to accept the product back unless we pay for shipping with no guarantee of a refund. It's a scam, pure and simple. These people are criminals.

After viewing a lengthy video describing the product in detail, ingredients, celebrety testimonials, all science backed research and guarenteed money back if not satisfied, I decided to give it a try and made an order for 6 bottles. The product was supposed to have pink salt, some special mushroom and two other ingredients. What I received was 6 bottles of tumeric. Tumeric was not listed in the advertisement as an ingredient of the product. I called the customer service number which turned out to be a 'bank' who gave me instructions to return the product and contact the seller with the tracking number. I have tried to contact them and there is no response. So I have no choice but to suck it up and throw $325 out the window. How do I recover this loss, it is not OK for this fake company to do this to people.

After reviewing the online presentation on Facebook I ended up ordering the product Prozenith. I ordered six bottles for around $311. Then it directed me to an next page to order additional bottles at an additional savings. I did not want to do this and tried to get off that page but it still ordered an additional line bottles for $370. I immediately called them and they said they could not do anything about it because it had already shipped but they did offer me an additional discount of $220. Once I got the product I realized it was turmeric and not the ingredients that were listed on the presentation.

- East Moline, IL, USA • Jun 30, 2025

Ordered what was supposed to be a weight loss pill with a combination of ingredients. Received bottles of Turmeric pills

- Kansas City, MO, USA • Jun 28, 2025

I ordered a six bottles of a product that was supposed to contain pure quality of Himalayan pink salt, burnt berberine, mountain root and quercitin. This was prefaced by a stupidly long lecture by Dr. Casey Means regarding her research on this product. The product is named Prozenith. What I received was six bottles of turmic with a little black pepper. Not at all what I had ordered.
