Ordered three Waldorf dolls through an ad on Facebook (BIG MISTAKE!) and paid over $100 (which would have been a really good price for these dolls) on Sept. 29th. Have not received them yet and the tracking number provided for USPS is FAKE! Terrible experience! If something seems to good to be true - it probably is. Lesson learned!

This i can't even call this product this is garbage. If i wanted Halloween teeth i would have brought them for $1.00. This is a piece of [censored]! THERE IS NO OTHER WAY TO EXPLAIN IT. Please take it down because the Presentation is a LIE.

I ordered two Waldorf dolls Sept 30th. I have not received them and I screen shot the invoice ID and payment! I demand a refund or send dolls ASAP! It is for my grandchildren for Christmas. I still did not receive my package from Promise E-Commerce Co., Ltd ordered on Sep. 29, 2022. I have PayPal receipt from them, showing it was shipped with USPS, but on the usps site the tracking number does not work. I probably need to open a case ... to try to get back my $46.86 from Promise E-Commerce Co., Ltd, so sad..can't believe people do that

I did not receive my package from Promise E-Commerce Co., Ltd on Oct. 1, 2022. I have viewed the shipping and tracking information and it does not show where the package was delivered to. It was not delivered to the address that's on the order. I refuse to pay for something that I did not receive. Promise E-Commerce Co., Ltd needs to provide me a copy of the proof of delivery with a signature.

I was told for CAD 31.67, but then when I looked up my statement it read CAD44.67.
I am disappointed

Brought fake dentals, one set for Man and one set for Woman both over 50 y.o. The plastic Halloween teeth came both sets look exactly alike. No instructions or packaging slip was included. Do Not Buy from this Company.

They ship with jcex aftership. The tracking number is on the paypal site. I literally just got mine today and i ordered it on july 26th. After a month with zero shipping info showing up on jcex, i contacted paypal. They gave me a refund. 4 days later the seller responds that it was shipped July 31st. And all of a sudden i saw tracking info.. A MONTH LATER. Needless to say, i was shocked that it arrived today. I will say though that product was as described and i love it.

I ordered Snoop and Martha too! I ordered July 23rd, 2022. On PayPal it says shipped, but there's no way to click to check tracking. I'm sad because I want them both so bad.

I ordered this bra in my size. I did get the 3 as promised, but they are way too small. No way to contact business or instructions on how to return. With shipping, my total bill was $47.97. I guess it's true what the say, "buyer beware."
