You can call PayPal when you haven't received product and they will refund your account I think also if you received the product and it ends up being no good Your account will also be refunded.I feel terrible for those of you that did not know this.I would still call PayPal and let them know your situation.

Shoes advertised as Skechers are NOT Skechers! I ordered a pair from an ad on Facebook. I got them 2 months later, but they are cheap, no-name shoes that are NOTHING like what was advertised. The company, Promise E-Commerce Co. Ltd., is a Chinese wholesaler. If anyone finds some way to get a refund, please share. This outfit is crooked.

On September 15, 2023, I paid 61.78 for 2 pairs of Stretcher shoes which I have never received. All contact points seem to be fake. Payment went through PayPal.

I bought a pair of shoes Skechers on August 20/23. They told me it was delivered but I never received. I see from other complaints here similar experience. I will never buy from this company again. I hope Paypal can refund me the money. I always use Paypal for these overseas (usually China) companies. Good idea to do that. At least you have some protection.

Ordered Sketchers shoes did not receive. I just read that others have ordered from Promise E-Commerce Co. Ltd and have had the same experience. I emailed to the email that I received from PayPal but no response. I believe that it is a scam.

Ordered a special deal on 2 pairs of Sketcher shoes from Promise E-Commerce on 7/29 and have not received shipment; also have not had any communication from the company. I have emailed them at the address that shows up on PayPal and have not had a response. Seems to be a scam.

I ordered sandals on Facebook on 7/17/23 for 38.98 through Paypal and have not received them. Package (SDH0004524992) is waiting to be picked up on 7/19/23. I never received a confirmation email for the order. I have asked for Paypal's assistance.

Ordered Stetcher shoes and when they came they were fakes, tried to get a refund but no address.contacted the shipper and they told me they are only the shipper and don’t have the address of the seller. I tried to contact the seller but can find no such website, so finally contacted PayPal to see if they can get back my money. Stetcher shoes have their own trademark these fakes have no trademark and one is even larger than the other.

This was an ad for women's sandals. PayPal took 34.98 from my account on 6/23/23. I haven't received the sandals. No messages about shipping. I googled the website and there's no such company. Yesterday the ad appeared on Facebook again but under a different website which doesn't exist. I did some research and others are getting scammed. I want my money back and I have no way of tracking it.

I ordered two pair of sneakers for $69.99 on June 3, 2023...As of yet have not received. E-mails have not been responded to I requested a refund...have not heard from them. This is a scam and unfortunately I fell for it! This was an ad on Facebook. I have contacted PayPal and they are working on this!'

I ordered some brown Clark shoe sandals over a month ago. My Paypal account has been billed and I have not received the shoes nor can I get in touch in anyone to find the status of the order. The company is a fraud.

Cloudstepper sandal offer on Facebook I paid through PayPal and the email is not a valid email. No tracing number that anything has or is going to ship. PayPal now says I need to give this "company"? time to respond. GRR What good is paying through PayPal if they are not going to protect the payment?!
