Requested a full chimney inspection from ProChimneyMasters.com resulting in a chimney certificate to satisfy municipal certificate of occupancy. They pushed the start time 3 hours due to a 'tech calling out sick.' 'Technician' arrived, shined his phone light up the chimney, went outside to take two pictures from the yard, asked for payment and left. We were told they would send the certificate. Nothing arrived except for the invoice. They were here 10 minutes, had no sign on their vehicle, almost hit my car parking on the street, and refuse to answer the phone.
