I received a call from Isabel at Process Server Dispatch. She asked if my husband would be available to accept documents Mon-Fri 8-4 am. I said yeah, but not all the time and then remembered I had heard about a similar scam. I usually don't answer the phone, but was expecting a call from an unknown number so I answered. I asked her what it was regarding and who she was calling on behalf of and she just repeated she was Isabel with Process Server Dispatch and asked me to call 844-269-1309 with a Case #. I again asked what it was regarding and when she just asked me to confirm the number again, I hung up.

Contacted me to have my father call in and said I was an emergency contact listed. They stated it was a 2nd attempt serving him with a civil suit and needed to know if he’d be home within the hour. Asked that he contacted them they read back his SSN # and home address. They stated he had 7000 debt with Capitol One and they will file a lien on his home if he does not pay. He told them they cannot do that and they said something along the lines of “well since you think you’re a lawyer we will move forward with serving you”

Second phone call from Process Server Dispatch in as many months. Claimed that I was being sued for a balance on an account that I was overdue on… that I paid off three and a half years ago. Said that they would be serving me in the next 48 hours (then gave me a 72 hour window) at either my home or place of employment. Called the county clerk to verify, and they have no records of any court date or law suit against me.

the person who called identified herself by the name of Every: This is Every calling for process service dispatch to find ---------- that in a sense will be made to serve you legal documents at your residence a signature is required for proper service and delivery. Any information needed get into contact with issuing firm at 866 960 1618 reference internal case ----------- #23-619-02 Failure to make contact with this legal serveover falls with penalties and fines. ---------- you have been re-signed (undeciperable)
