I was receiving clothing advertisements from printblur.com and ordered a shirt from them. I made sure to navigate to their shipping page to ensure that the company was U.S.-based because I needed the shirt on time for an event. The website indicated up to 12 business days for US shipping so I went ahead and ordered. When the item shipped, I received a tracking number from china which is not advertised anywhere on the website. It took a month to receive the item and I emailed support to start the return process. They responded with a lengthy email about providing measurements and pictures of the shirt and I could exchange it for a new size. I responded saying I was only interested in a refund as the event I needed the item for passed and I was not able to use it. I have not received any response back and the phone number on their website immediately disconnects when I try calling.
