I emailed the first time and all they told me was they are "working on it". I emailed them several other times and have also requested a refund since I still have not gotten my purchase. I are now not emailing me back now that I am requesting a refund.

Print Your Pet is a *** ad promoting beautiful blankets with paint pictures of your own pet. They make it look like a great successful business but once you pay for the blanket, you will wait months to "approve" the artwork and get no real information on when you should expect delivery. If you send multiple emails, they will not respond.

I ordered a custom shirt from Print Your Pet in November of 2017 for a Christmas Present. They said it would be 4-6 weeks because of influx of ordering. It is now mid-May 2018, and I have not received my product. I have emailed them multiple times and they just say "its in production" or "you will receive notice when your tracking number is updated". About a month ago I tried getting a refund, but they said the order was being finalized and sent out. I still don't have my product or my tracking number. I have reached out to them, and amongst the name calling, attacks and other poor customer service, they are unwilling to do anything at all unless I take down my review. Customer service is horrible. It is a very shady company. DO NOT ORDER FROM PRINT YOUR PET!

I ordered a product from this website in Dec 2017. It’s been three months with no product or refund. The website will auto reply with a response that your order is being processed. They block all negative reviews on social media outlets. It’s a shame they haven’t been stopped.

This site advertises a product but then never makes it, ships it, or responds to any contact to them. I ordered something that said it was guaranteed in 2-4 weeks in November. It’s now January. I have tried to contact them 5 different times on different platforms and have received no response. There are tons of other people who have the same experience, some have been waiting for up to 8 months for their item.

The above business is using the "charity" for dogs to be fed to sell products. They take your money and then do not send products. They use excuse that they are so popular due to celebrity endorsements. I have been waiting months. After looking at reviews others waiting six months. They need to be stopped.
