I booked the Breakfast 2-hr cruise. We arrived at 08:15 for the 9 am departure. The slip was empty. No business was displayed over the gate. The other 30 slips had business name & ads. Most had a small dockside booth. The boat never showed. Calling them, all calls were unanswered without any voicemail or messaging system. Email remains unanswered.
