Facebook ads promoted recieving an XL BOGG Bag in exchange for completing a survey from Prime Offer HQ (tryprimeofferhq.com). The initial $14.95 was sent to enter the contest, totaling $96.07 lost, and no confirmation email was recieved. The ad said the bag showed up in 4-7 days, it did not happen. However apparently the tiny print terms agreed to in the survey said if the account is not cancelled within 3 days you’ll be charged a subscription fee to the company to enter more giveaways which do not exist. The website includes no information, the email address given by their 3rd party answering service does not work: [email protected]. I tried contacting their support at [email protected] but got no help from this company based in CA, USA.
