I booked a rental car through Expedia with Priceless car rental from PricelessCarRental.com. They were offering a very low rental rate compared to competitors. Upon arriving to Priceless there were two agents assisting two customers. Both agents were requiring the customers to purchase unnecessary insurance even though they both had car insurance. Both customers argued that they never had this issue before with other rental agencies and the agents insisted they were not going to rent the vehicles unless the insurance was purchased. The insurance rate was exorbitant causing the total cost to go from $40 to over $500.

Priceless is located 10 minutes from the airport away from competitors. The scam is simple. They offer a very cheap rate to get customers in the door and then force them to buy insurance at an exorbitant rate. The customers then have to make a choice; pay for the insurance or go all the way back to the airport.
