I ordered the couch cover, 2 months later still no item, company sends you generic canned responses with promises of the item shipping out soon, refuse to refund and they do not send your item. I've had to cancel my debit card and get a new one to make sure they aren't taking more money. I've seen countless others after the fact of course have the exact same experience. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!

Scam. They never shipped the order and when I inquired they said shipments were delayed. So I responded the same day asking for a refund since they haven't shipped it out in a months time. They respond with they will deduct shipping and restocking fee from the refund. I explained they shouldn't need to charge me a shipping fee or restocking since they didn't send it and to please refund for amount. They then waited 2 weeks to respond saying they just sent it out. But I still have no tracking. Avoid!

I too am a customer waiting for my sofa cover order placed in January’20. They advised me it was a custom order & shall be extra couple of weeks then a tracking number will be emailed. Sent emails with no response, read their terms & conditions & don’t expect to receive item or refund not a happy customer now March 30

Searched for sales of bras and saw some on Facebook of the type that I was looking for and had not been able to find elsewhere. Foolishly ordered them. When the email recipe of the of the order came it had no address or phone number for the company so I replied via email. I got a response one time but nothing since then. The order was placed on December 7,2019. I have sent many emails to them with no response.

I saw ad on Facebook for a sofa cover that was elasticize, waterproof, and scratch proof. I ordered 2 and paid $98.00. The ad promised delivery for the following week. I have waited for nearly 30 days and have not received the order. Their tracking service keeps saying the order is being prepared for shipping. Emails to the company have resulted in another promise to ship. In hindsight, I searched for reviews and now see that I am among many who have been taken by this “company.” Facebook should not continue to post their ads.
