Exactly what I’ve been wanting for my couch covers for a while I’m very impressed how soft they feel it installed easily and the quality of the fabric is awesome I’m very happy with pretty little wish give them a break guys! I just ordered one for my daughter-in-law and my son for my mom this is the best place to find them. I ordered in August that arrived September 15th!

Very polite liars. Fake tracking numbers. Emails go back and forth but the package never arrives. I think 11 months is an unreasonable amount of time to say the least. $150 later and no sofa covers.
Please be patient they say, no refund offered No credit offered

I request for immediate legal action against this company for the fraud they are doing unethical business taking peoples money n failing to deliver. I am a victim who has been looted and till date I have not recived my order places in June 2020.
I have sent several emails to them but the same answers have been repeated but no results at all.

Please stop this company from doing business as they are so unethical and complete waste of time.

I ordered sofa cover 1 and half months ago, and then received two emails giving me track number, but the track number doesn't exist at all.
It is a fraud. I don't care if I can get my money back, but I don't want anybody to have the same experiences.

I ordered stretchable elastic sofa cover and 2 pillow covers worth $95. The payment was deducted thru my Citibank credit card. More than a month now, no deliveries were made. Kept on sending my email and the reply was an assurance that it will be delivered soon.

When i verified the tracking number thru Parcels Apps no such tracking number exist.

Will inform Citibank about this scam.

Sharing my experiece with pretty little wish.. I ordered covers from them 2 months ago. Got very frustrated with the delay, but I was very lucky to have talked with a very patient agent through email I felt bad for giving him a hard time. Anyway, got my order today and I am loving it.

Ordred last April and only got the item 2 weeks ago. the quality is good and they delivered everytghing. I understand why there is a delivery delay that not a problem since the keep on updating me about the status of the order, for me they are not a scam, since I receive the item that I ordered.

Same thing has happened to me that everyone else has reported. Ordered July 1, 2020. Inquired about my order they emailed back delays due to Covid. I asked for a refund and then they said it’s not possible because it has already shipped. SCAM!

Found seller on Facebook and placed order from their website on June 1st. They debited my account June 2nd. I have yet to receive the order which has been six weeks. When I send email I get the usual response due to Covid shipments are being delayed blah blah blah. Went back to Facebook and looked at all the negative reviews about them stealing your money. Do not buy from this site. I have asked my bank to reimburse me the $90 I am out. I sure hope they do. Because I know this company will never reimburse me or let me return this item which again I never received.

I placed an order for 2 couch covers with them in January of 2020 and it is July 2020 and I still have not seem any update of my couch covers or a refund for the $120 I spent on them. I have contacted the company numerous times with them replying to me with an apologetic email saying they'd personally take care of it. But that happened at least 3 times and I still haven't received the items I ordered. I was given a tracking number that always said that once it was shipped there'd be information. What bs, I'm tired of waiting and getting half [censored] answers. I just want my $120 back.

I orderd my sofa cover 114 USD on June 7, 2020 and until now nothing receieved when i contatced recieved email asking my credit card details.

Please someone advise how to file a complaint to cyber crime or possible to get back my money
