I got a phone call from Prestige Remodeling & Contracting that they have a team in my area for contracting and home remodeling. They asked if i was the home owner and my last name. They also asked for my phone number, email address, and home address. They said they would make an appointment to come to my home and do a free consultation and provide an estimate that is good for 6 months. However, looking on here it seems like this happened recently to someone else and now I am nervous about this.

They said they were prestige remodeling & contracting - guy on the phone was named Nathan. I recieved a text message from 855-944-1765 for a confirmation for my scheduled consultation and to cancel i need to call (503)-444-8675. because none of those phone numbers come up when i search online i believe this isn't a real company. I dont know what i need to do or if they have any information that they can use against me.
