This store was on the Shop app, therefore I thought it was reputable. I placed a pre-order for Pokémon Ascended and paid $139.62 with my debit card. I had three or four email exchanges with the help email ([email protected]) associated with this merchant. They assured me they were looking into the matter. Two months later, I received a tiny envelope with a thank you card for purchasing from them and a small Japanese pack of cards. It noted they wanted to give us something while we were waiting for our shipment to arrive.
