I purchased an item and received the wrong 1. I complained to the company and they assured me they would send another 1. When I received that 1 it was the wrong item again.

I complained again, and the company emailed me stating due to shipping issues etc etc they would take another 2 weeks to fulfill my order (sometime in January). I complained in February giving them more time (nicely) expressing that I understood that during the holidays some companies get really busy. Anyway, they notified me that my replacement order would be prioritized. After another 2 weeks I just requested a refund and they haven’t responded to refunding me or sending me another pillow for almost 2 months now going on 3 because it’s almost April.
