I found the website advertised online for a terrarium. I went through the website to order and received a confirmation email as well as tracking information. I was supposed to have the delivery on March 17th, but as of the 31st I still have not received anything. I emailed three times the company email on the website and they emailed back "assuring me" that the product was on its way. I tried to call the helpline number and the number does not work.

Ordered a mini terrarium from them. They gave me a UPS tracking number when they didn’t give UPS a package for the tracking number to go to. I called UPS and they confirmed that they have no package, and the “customer service representative” keeps repeating the same words: “don’t worry, it is in transit.” They can’t provide any proof that they shipped anything out. It has been over three weeks since the package was supposedly shipped out.

Placed order on December 6. The company said they sent it and when I tried to get tracking, a fake number was used and UPS said it had no information from the shipper. Still says that on UPS site and it’s December 27th. They charged my card $151.00 and I have nothing and no tracking.
