I recieved masks instead of a women's bike just like another complaint I read the masks were recieved 8-17-2020 and still have not received the bike I odered tracking LY381659567CN this is not right at all..

I ordered a bike and they sent me a box of n95 face maskS. I contacted them back and told them I did not receive my bike and received face masks instead and they told me to show them proof, I emailed proof of the face masks and they told me they would resend the bike. They told me they resent the bike and gave me a tracking number and some link to courier in China. The link worked for a several days and now the website no longer exist and I also can’t find the website to pitchant anymore. I tried to email them today but I’m not optimistic that I will be contacted or that anything will be done. I’ve been scammed and frauded out of my money. I paid online and I hope I don’t my bank card and demographic information doesn’t get defrauded

I searched for a particular bike that I wanted. I found it on a website called pitchant sales. I purchased the bike 4 x amount of money and sent in the order. The next day I got an email acknowledging my purchase and telling me it would be in from 4 to 8 weeks. I waited for 4 or 5 weeks and still nothing came. In the meantime I received a small box of mask in the mail. I had not ordered any mask so I did not know where they came from or anything about them I put them away and forgot about it. I decided to email the people and ask them where my package was. They said it had been delivered on August 8th at my door I told them I had not received any package. They told me to use the tracking number and go to the Post Office and track it so I did. The postmaster told me the tracking number was for a box of mask. I was very angry. I emailed them again and told them I was going to turn them in for fraud. They responded and said if it was their fault they would fix it I told them it was their fault and they had better fix it so a few days later they sent me an email to say they have found that the wrong package have been sent and they would send the right package and sent me another tracking number. They track your number did not work at all. I could not track it. The package has not come and I am out a good deal of money. I hope no one else will use this company they are not a real company it is a scam.

Right on July 25,2020 I found a lawnmower what I wanted and I ordered it. I received that same email saying once money had been received my order with be processed and shipped, I saw Mt money was removed emailed them because it was still precessing thet told me 25 days ok, coming from china I can deal because I order from wish.but I still emailed them every week to be sure so about 15 days in I hit them up again thet send me a list saying where it was, I knew all that was a lie it should have been in the states by then so I hit the tracking# all it gave me was a screen with a bunch of rubbish shop now I'm very ? and asking them why can't I track and why can't I go to my email it's saying it don't exist and the site isn't coming up either. I'm told it arrived at my house i go look on my step no package .. I haven't received my package yet either..this site a big scam. 1st and last time getting me
