I purchased a bicycle in June 2020. Never received it. Kept sending emails to them. They promised me a refund which I also never received. I do not know what to do now. I have tried over and over again to get a response from Pitchant.sales. I do not know where they are located but the fact that now they are no longer responding to my email requests for a refund really concerns me. I would rather not try to go to small claims court for them to respond to me.

I also ordered a bicycle in June of 2020. We have been provided many tracking numbers and the bicycle was sent 3 times. Needless to say we have no bicycle and no refund. I would caution everyone to avoid these folks.

I order a bike and used Paypal. The first time they mentioned the bike was in the mail. They've claimed to resend the bike and it was never received. I am getting my lawyer involved...this needs to stop. I am out of $80 and will fight for my money back. Paypal and this company is about to go down if I have to sue both of them because Paypal is suppose to protect their customers.

I order this lawn mower on 7/26/2020 the only freaking thing send to me were K95 mask, then I contacted them and they said they were shipping correct thing, then they said order was lost and that they would send me a coupon for shoes or tee shirts told them I didn't want no damn coupon I wanted the lawn mower I ordered. They have mt money and I have NO LAWN MOWER! THIS IS BULL[censored]. Worst experience I have had with online ordering. I'm ready to report them to BBB and anybody else that I can. Awful way to treat someone a honest person. DO THE RIGHT THING AND SEND ITEM THAT I ORDERED AND PAYED FOR!

These people scam you , I purchased 2 bikes showed delivered and I never received anything ! When I contacted them all they said to check with my post office carrier these are bikes not small packages. Now when I try going to their web page it shows not found ! DO NOT purchase from these thieves !

I caught on to them and canceled the payment on my credit card. When the small package of masks came, I refused the package. Ever since, I have been getting text messages from different numbers all directing me to click on the embedded link to resolve my problem. DO NOT CLICK ON THE LINK. I keep blocking and deleting, but new messages still come, almost daily.

We have Purchased a push mower and have received nothing but Emails and now they’re offering a coupon, I have told them for months now that I want a refund for my father’s purchase, my father is in a wheelchair and an amputee, and I am trying to help take care of him and these people has took money from his account and nothing has been sent from this company at all, these people are liar and scammers and it took us after several emails to find this out

Same here, I was looking for a bike, and about three or four week later I received through mail a small package with some face masks. I contact them though email, and told them that what I received was a wrong package, and they said that for the inconvenience, I can keep the masks and they will reorder the original product. So far I haven’t seen anything, I already filed a claim on my cc, and they are gonna work with them if they can find them because with all this I don’t think that I would get my money back. Please I hope that no one else order anything with this kind of people, if they are. Now the website not even exist.
