The scammer indicated the particular division bought advertising material in the past indicating the use of hiring veterans. This was not true, later to be discovered. The scammer indicated the divisions in other locations had participated as well. Not true either. Our company had no previous W9 (which shows no payment in the past was ever sent) on file and now they are sending on going mail to the district about payment.
