They only forcefully asked for information from me, which they obviously already have plenty of to generate and email me of a invoice for services for a year from Geek Squad theough The Company Best Buy!!!! i Never paid for.!!! The one guy asked me was I in front of a Desk top? I asked why does that matter if that wasn't my chief complaint!! I was hung up on. I called back immediately stated my complaint, silence and hung up on. I did not try a third call.

received a notice that the Geek squad was charging my sister (who is in a nursing home after a stroke) 400 dollars for a contract with the Geek Squad. i Called to cancel the contract and ended up in a prolonged computer scam with 40000 purportedly transferred to my account by mistake, and the scammers tried all day to get a wire transfer to get real dollars transferred out of my checking account. Pretty sophisticated scam, I wasn't suspicious because i was stressed out about my sister.

This is the 2nd email from Geek Squad Services, I deleted the first one. I noticed my email address was not listed. This time, I called the number to ask to be removed. A foreign man wanted information, but I did give my email address so he could remove it. When he asked for more information, I called him a scammer and said I was notifying the BBB.
