I was called from "Amazon" warning me of suspicious activity on my account. Said someone had attempted to purchase a Macbook and Airpods and they were interfering to catch it before completion. After verifying that I had no knowledge she attempted to transfer me to Dept of Social Security... blah blah. That's when they person they "Transferred me to" needed to "verify" my social security number... I declined
