I POSTED THAT I THOUGHT I HAD BEEN SCAMMED BECAUSE I ORDERED SOME DOG CLIPPERS IN JUNE, I KEPT TEXTING THE PETACCO COMPANY & THE WOULD TEXT ME BACK & SAY THERE WAS A DELAY BECAUSE IT WAS BECAUSE OF THE VIRUS & I WOULD GET MY ORDER IN 14 DAYS. I DID NOT GET THEM IN 14 DAYS BUT I AM HAPPY TO SAY I FINALLY RECEIVED MY ORDER & LOVE THE DOG CLIPPERS. BEST I HAVE EVER PURCHASED!
JUST BE PATIENT WITH YOUR ORDER IT WILL SHOW UP!

I ordered my clippers on May 17th and received them August 19th. 95 days of messaging back and forth saying on their way. Will be received in 7 to 14 days. Had my credit card cancel the charge and research them. I also put in a request to USPS and was told that they were in California waiting to be scanned. Should we start a law suit against them for false advertisement? I don't want the damned things now. Just my money refunded to my credit card company and a paid return label to send them back. I have saved ALL of the messages as proof of this.

Sooo I ordered mines back in may as well and I just got it Today ...
The package was a bit messed up and the pink box came open ... BUT the product wasn’t harm or anything . I have to wait to find out if both of the machines works because I don’t have my dogs with me . There up with my mom in Victorville. Hahaha till then

I am so disappointed and upset a company would take advantage of people. I am going to call my credit card company tomorrow and have them investigate Petacco and, hopefully, get my money back. I placed the order for the trimmers back in May 2020 after seeing an advertisement on Facebook. I keep getting the same emails as everyone else. Something needs to be done to stop this atrocity ! Hopefully they are no longer allowed to advertise on FB. since they are scamming everyone out of their hard earned money.

Same experience as everyone here. Order was placed back in May - received emails that item was on its way! - Tracking number the works but also shows it was still held up in California waiting USPS to pick it up - mind you this was since 21 May - off and on I checked and sent emails for status receiving the same response as everyone else. Pending delivery, sorry for delay COVID, it will be there in 14 days, same automated responses. Tracking at one point had it starting it's journey in CA then onto China - dates were all messed up. Today - I check and it has changed. Now the item is in Bloomington waiting to be picked up by USPS. The wait continues - I asked for a refund, and as expected received a message that delivery will be made in 14 days. Not holding my breath.

I can't even write a review for this product because I didn't even get it yet!

Plain robbery! I even paid extra to get an update on where the mail is cause this was the first time I was trying to buy something from this company and guess what? It's been 6 months and no product. I email them every month and all I get is that - you will receive your product in 14 days! It's been 120 days! Absolutely disappointed and disheartened about how they can't even give me a refund. The whole reason I thought of getting this product was to help me during COVID lockdowns and they say since the order is in transit they can't refund. Really? Transit for 6 months? And no update since July 11th! I can't believe I trusted this company. Totally regret it. Please don't buy from this company and waste your money in these already tough times!

Same as above! Ordered in late may early June. Received one email in July stating my purchase was delayed due to covid. Sent several emails no response. Please do NOT order from this company it is a SCAM!

I thought so too.also order june 4th but after tracking it.they senht and deliverd it to usps on june 6th from china.It is the usps thats holding up delivery. my clippers have been in california since first week of june.if you look on your email,it will show first tracking order and will show they deliverd to usps.go to www.usps.com to track your order.mine says the recived it but thats as far it it went.hopefully we both get our product.mpenny d campbell indiana

I bought some dog clippers in the beginning of May 2020 and never received my clippers. They also took 3x the amount of the purchase. Tried to reach their 24/7 customer service team (HA) and nothing. Then my order disappeared completely! Scam.

Ordered in July and now it’s august try reach out to them and they keep saying it’s on the way even though I’ve told them it’s been shipped and filigreed to another province their response was on the way may be delay cause of the pandemic when it has nothing to do with the pandemic

I had ordered a pet clipper back in late March or early April from Petacco. The price was good and review of product seemed to be real good. They took my money back on April 26th. I have not received the clippers yet (as of today August 15, 2020).
The first time I Emailed them they blamed it on their shipper and that I should receive it soon. Since then they have not answered my other Emails (4) except that someone would contact me soon. So far no one has contacted me on a resolution to this.

Same here but when I check USPS it shows they have it but it has not been shipped onm to me! aggravating for sure.here is mine.

I thought they were a scam but usps confirmed they had the package!

I purchased pet clippers online from an advertisement on Facebook. I ordered them on June 10, 2020 and never received the product I ordered. I have contacted them by email several times with no response. Please don't waste your money on these social media advertisements.

Ripped off 60.00 $ 60 Plus days and No clippers lost Package even E-Mails not answered by their Website and the laureates.

I purchased a dog clipper on May 25, 2020. I had communication from Petacco that they tanked me for my order and that the item was on the way. After numerous attempts to contact customer service, I was always given an automated response that the customer service manger would respond within 24 hrs which never occurred. I was forced to file a dispute for this fraudulent purchase today August 11, 2020 for this charge of $32.99.

Same as everyone. It has been two months and nothing. I asked for my money back and they keep saying that they CANNOT return my money. Obviously this company is a scam. The interesting thing is that they are still selling on Amazon.

The same as everyone else, ordered on May 25, 2020 but not received product or response. Yes, this is a scam. Do not purchase from this site. Shame on them taking advantage and stealing peoples money.

Yes it is. I read it wrong. when they said track shipment with USPS I thought they received my clippers but I misread it. I bought clippers x2 pair 23rd April was told clippers on the way and still waiting. Have emailed every 3 to 4weeks same message every time it's on the way. Obviously we have been scammed.

I bought the clippers and nail trimmer on 5/16 and never received them. I continually contact them and get the same response as everyone else, it’s still shipping. What can be done?
