Ordered dog sheers i never received may 2020 cost me 50.00!

In April 2020 I ordered the clippers and have been assured by numerous emails that I cannot cancel my order until I receive it and send back for my refund

So they tell me it is on its way

I just want what I paid for or my money back

Ordered clippers from a Facebook ad on 6-11-20. Today is 10-16-20. You can only contact them via email. I've been trying to get them to respond to me for MONTHS. They send a canned response that says someone will be in touch within 24 hours, which doesn't happen. On two occasions I've gotten a response saying the clippers "had been shipped and will arrive in 14 days." One time they actually sent me a tracking number showing the package was delivered TO THE WRONG ADDRESS! Since then, they have REFUSED to respond to ANY emails.
I'm out $60 for a $35 pair of clippers because of shipping from China ... Ha! What shipping? They just take your money.
TOTAL SCAM!

Ordered clippers a long time ago, never came or responded to emails because the business doesn't exist. Save your time and money. Luckily my credit card reimbursed me, but I would've been really mad otherwise because I'd be out of $50 CAD. No thanks, PS [censored] you guys Petacco!

Ordered May 30, 2020 Dog Clippers and today is October 9, 2020. 42 plus emails, trying to track. All automated responses saying it is shipped and will be delivered in 14 days. Last tracking says delivered to a Parcel locker Aug. 25th in Charlotte, NC 28210. I have emailed that this is not correct, I am in Oregon City Oregon, and had bought with my home address. Email comes back from Laura- Head of Customer Services, with the same response, "Your order has been shipped and should be with you in the next 14 days." Not sure how to get my money back. No contact options to talk to a real person. Would never order from them again.

I made 3 attempts to seek assistance from the whereabouts of my parcel and they claim that due to COVID-19 my parcel will arrive in 14 days. My order was made on June 6th and it’s now October 3, 2020. I have made 3 requests for a full refund however they just send an automated message saying the same thing. No phone number to call on their website and no indication that the product was coming from Malaysia when product ordered. When reviewing other customer reviews it seems there have been many people with the same issue of complaint.

I too foolishly ordered clippers from these scammers. Ordered back in March, receive these automated responses. Just ridiculous! I am sooo fed up and I usually have the patience of a saint, but I am completely fed up (and done with these people? I also ordered in may. Sent several emails asking for a refund and get the same automated response saying they will arrive in 2 weeks and a tracking number. The tracking number says successfully delivered in Las Vegas. I however live in the uk.
I’m now opening a complaint with PayPal.

placed an order April 17th 2020 send emails asking when will it arrive, received automated response within 24 hours I will hear from customer service, it never happened, I sent an email canceling the order, no response, I contacted my cc company filed a complaint. I received the trimmer Sept 10, I already purchased one from Petco. And the cc company paid them. I emailed them today I want a full refund and return the product.

Ordered clippers in March 2020 still haven't received any clippers or refund after contacting Petacco many times, just getting an email stating that my order was sent and will arrive within 14 days from 'Laura-head of customer service'

We ordered the noise free pet hair clipper for $34.99 on June 10, 2020 and never received. When I email, they send back Your order is on the way. Order #16873. Paid with Visa credit card . This is a scam.
