applied for a small loan because I was in severe financial problems and needed a loan asap,, applied online at personal cash advance and was advised I was approved for a 4,000 loan. the guy *** called me and told me I was approved but when my credit score came back they showed I needed to do a proof of payment prior to the loan being sent to my account, I ran around to moneygram and paid the 100.00 fee to send to them to show I can make the payments. I confirmed with him all the information and I was advised the loan would be processed tomorrow, well tomorrow came and I checked my account and there was no money, I called *** over and over and I got no answer. Finally around 1pm that day he called and left a message he was processing the loan and it would be in my account in an hour. An hour came and went and no money. I called back and he said it would be another 2 hours because of the back log. Two hours came and went and no money, Around 4pm I started calling him phone back to back until someone answered the phone, it took me 22 times to call to get him and laid into him about I told him how important this loan was because w/o it I would lose everything at time. I called him on it being a scam and he sweared that it was and supposidbly transferred me to his manger. I reamed the manger up and down about their shady business he stated all I ahd to do was go to western union to get the money but not before paying the 259.00 fees to pick it up.. I told him I didn't have that kind of money and started crying. He told me would try to figure something else out and call me back in a half an hour. Well now its two days later and haven't heard from either of them. I called 15 times yesterday and got nothing but voicemail.
