We had a pop up on our computer that there was a problem and not to turn it off, but call Apple. They said they were Apple employees and then transferred me to pcfix247 to fix it. They added a firewall, which is not needed for Apple and charged me $599. I called the bank to cancel it and 5 days later the company still has not completed the billing so we can file a fraud claim. But I called Apple and they were not involved. SCAM!

The company froze the screen of my computer then reported that the only way to fix this issue was to contact them. After $750 worth of repairs, the computer worked fine. Upon realizing that they did not do any work and the company that fixed the problem was a service included in the price of the computer, I reached out for a refund. The supervisor argued with me and even became aggressive over the phone for 20 before I finally got him to agree to give me a refund. Almost a month of not seeing that money, I tried to call to check the status of my refund and the phone lines have now been disconnected. Do not fall for this SCAM!!!

I was scram out 655.00 due to the I logged into pc support tech supporter website

Do not call the number they give you to fix your computer. Once they have excess they will fix it for 599.00 then they say they can do it for 299.

Now a month later they called me on the phone saying they fixed my computer before and that there is another security problem. They did not fix it before

Don't be stupid like me never call or give them control of your computer.
