I ordered a laptop from Amazon from what was represented as the official HP store. It was actually a third-party seller called PC Outlets. After a few weeks of use, it slowed down considerably and started crashing every few minutes. I contacted the seller within 30 days, but they claimed that 30 meant a calendar month, not actually 30 days. I went to the HP website to check on the warranty and found out it was a used computer. The seller had claimed it was new initially, but then backpedaled and claimed they never advertised it as new. Although I was initially promised a refund by Amazon customer service, my claim was denied.
